Melanie has been writing since she was a teenager. She started writing as a way to purge her emotional feelings through poetry. Once she experienced the benefits to writing as a cathartic expression, she moved on to creative story telling. At first she only shared her stories with her younger sister and then to a few close friends who all enjoyed her story telling vibe.
